We at Kelikunj.com under Keli Kunj Vrindavan are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item under the following conditions.

2. Return and Refund Conditions

2.1 Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • Video proof must be installed before opening the item.
  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.

2.2 Non-Eligible Items:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without original packaging or documentation.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Before opening the item, please go through video proof otherwise your parcel will not be returned..

3. Specific Item Return Guidelines

3.1 Tulsi Neck Mala, Tulsi Jap Mala, Radha & Krishna Name Pendant Mala:

  • Must be in original condition without any damage.
  • Must be returned with the original tags and packaging.

3.2 Puja Items:

  • Should be unopened and unused.
  • Must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

3.3 Perfume and Attar:

  • Must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened bottles.

3.4 Books:

  • Must be in their original condition without any tears, writing, or marks.
  • Should be returned with any accompanying materials.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team at KeliKunj.com@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

4.2 Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

4.3 Processing Returns:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  • You will receive an email notification about the status of your return.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

5. Exchanges

5.1 Exchange Policy:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Refunds

6.1 Refund Approval:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6.2 Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
